Latest Campaign

The UKHTC is undertaking a communication campaign comprising outdoor advertising and the distribution of leaflets amongst the general public in Leeds and Bristol throughout April and May. The campaign is to raise awareness that trafficking is an issue that is relevant to people in their local communities, that it extends beyond the sex trade and that young women are not the only victims.

The activity raises awareness of the wider Blue Blindfold campaign and encourages people who suspect human trafficking in their communities to phone the Crimestoppers helpline or the police. It also points people to this site where people can find out more about the issue and understand more about the signs to look out for.
